Brainstorm: Sponsor a child using an online form and a website

I’m doing some volunteer web development for a nonprofit humanitarian org. The project involves 100+ orphans needing sponsors for school. There are photos, brief bios. The goal is to allow visitors to select a child/children and make online sponsorship payments using our PayPal link.
I’ve got a few ideas jotted down, but would appreciate some brainstorming, suggestions. Thanks.

Tech Assessment Consultant Needed

I’ve searched the TechFinder to no avail. I’m looking for consultants with experience in Technology Needs Assessment for nonprofits. Our goal is to replace our existing suite of CRM and Online Fundraising software. We’d like someone who is agnostic about which tools are best.

We’re located in the Orlando, FL area.

Need advice for new backup/Restore plan

I’m starting to look at revamping our backups & along with it the recovery plan for our location. Currently, we have a few servers and data backing up on 2 different tape drives (2 tapes a night) (both with different data from the different servers). They are taken off-site daily and rotate back into the mix a little more then every 2 weeks (with some monthly & yearly tapes kept for longer.)

Anyway, the restore procedure is something that was never a good one in my opinion. That is lets say the building is destroyed, how do we read the data from the tapes? We could purchase new tape drives, or we know some of the other local businesses IT departments will help with reading the data on their drives - but that is not really practical.

Anyway, I’m now brain storming over some ideas…

Care to help me figure this out?

Setup Pix 515E infront of ISA Server and Exchange Server

Can anyone help me with setting up this network layout with my Pix Firewall.
Network Layout : Pix > DMZ > ISA Server 2004 > Exchange Server 2003 + Users.

Pix outside IP Address : 65.77.78.47 255.255.255.0
Pix inside IP Address : 172.17.0.1 255.255.0.0
DMZ IP Addresss : 172.18.0.3 255.255.0.0
ISA Server outside IP : 172.18.0.2 255.255.0.0
ISA Server inside IP : 172.18.0.1 255.255.0.0

I’ve identified the interfaces IP Address and named all plus the following config:

global (outside) 1 interface

nat (inside) 1 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 0 0

nat (dmz) 1 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 0 0

conduit permit icmp any any

route outside 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 65.77.78.1 1

I can now access the internet from my ISA Server in the DMZ zone.

Can you help me shed some light on my configurations?

Re-Entering License Key for Acrobat Pro

We received Adobe Acrobat Professional login, password and license key in an email from TechSoup. The download from the Adobe website and installation went fine, but when I open the program it says the license key is incorrect and closes. When I re-install the program, there is no option to re-enter the license key.
How do I re-enter the license key? I really hope I don’t have to download the whole program again, since it took three hours last time…

Vista/Server Compatibility

Am installing several new Vista machines, some are offsite. When I set up the remote access for an offsite it attempts to connect and then I get a message that the server is too old or not 2003, see your administrator. Both our server and terminal server are Win 2000, I plan to upgrade but how can I handle it in the meantime?

DST Updater

Hello out there i’m running into a bit of an issue. We ran the DST updater last week. For some strange reason one of users appointments in his outlook calender is off by any hour. But its only for the 3 week period in March. Everything else is fine. I ran the update and also windows update and he’s all set but it still keeps happening. any Ideas?
