This user would like to create a form library for our agency. (Word and PDF files.) Here are his limitations and preferences:
- We’re a smaller agency with multiple sites and are not networked.
- Many of our staff have very limited computer skills.
- I’d like it to be easy to search and navigate.
- I’d like other staff to be able to add forms.
- I’d like it to be easily editable from a browser.
