How do you set up an Exchange server so it limits the size of messages users send to anyone else in the organization? This TechSoup user would like to implement a message size limit to reduce the deamands made on the organization’s mailbox storage.

This TechSoup user is looking to find a web based software to manage a walk-a-thon. Can you recommend an application that can help manage a campaign, allowing people to register, donate, spread the word, which also lets individuals or teams track their own fund raising progress?

Messages seem to keep disappearing in Outlook Web Access. This TechSoup user is having trouble with users who are using Outlook 2003 on Exchange 2003 and Outlook Web Access to access mail. When users access messages using OWA, they see new messages, but the messages disappear when they go onto next messages and only re-appear when the user goes back into the non-Web version of Outlook.

This TechSoup user wants add a simple CGI script to a Website to create an email address form that will be added to a mailing list database. The user is using a MySQL database on a hosted server. Can anyone help with this or point towards a ready-made CGI script that will do the job?

This nonprofit uses Fund E-Z with Word 2007 for around 60-70 mailings of 5-1000 letters or postcards each year. How can this organization best keep track of mailings, including what, when, and to whom mailings were made?

Can you help this TechSoup user troubleshoot a Dell computer with Vista Home? When the user set up e-mail accounts and switched users, the Intenet connection disconnected. Any suggestions for what might be causing the problem?
